We will be nothing without great people to work with us, so we're currently  on the look-out for brilliant new people to join our team at our Exiting new Shrewsbury Café Bar, there are lots of opportunities, and we've got ambitious plans to become the favourite place in Town for Great Food & Drink.

We have these main positions available:

 

CREW MEMBERS: You don't necessarily need to have previous Catering or Service experience.  Crew members are the driving force of Peaberry, delivering excellent service to our customers.

 

COFFEE AND BAR CHAMPIONS: Our Coffee and Bar experts. We take the presentation seriously at Peaberry, we carefully train Champions to create our delicious range of drinks, including Coffee, Tea, Iced Drinks, Frappes, Fine Wines, Craft Beers and Cocktails.

 

KITCHEN CAPTAINS: You will need  flair for presentation and a strong focus on quality, be responsible for every last thing that comes in and out of the kitchen and  passionate each and every time about providing the perfect food  to our customers.  From food ordering, stock control to food safety and hygiene environment.

 

TEAM MANAGERS: making sure that everything from the product quality, to the shop environment, to the service, is excellent and that the team is working well. You would be a multi-tasker, taking on the many tasks required to make the Café Bar thrive, be fully supported and respected by the Directors.

Training is vital part of life at Peaberry, and we offer, for all positions, intensive and ongoing training from day one.
